Dr. Allison is originally from Portland, Oregon. She received degrees from the University of Oregon in Business Marketing and from Portland State University in General Science with minors in Biology and Chemistry. While attending Portland State University, she was on the dance and cheer team. Fun Fact: Dr. Allison was a competitive snowboarder and competed in Vans Triple Crowns, Swatch Boardercross, and U.S. Snowboarding Nationals.
Dr. Allison attended Oregon Health & Science University where she received her Doctor of Medical Dentistry Degree in 2009. Upon graduating dental school, she practiced at Kaiser Permanente where she served as the Internal Endodontic Representative and was a member of the Clinical Effectiveness Committee. In January 2020, Dr Allison joined the Waukee Dental Staff. She is committed to continuing education and has completed numerous hours of training in endodontics, periodontics, and restorative dentistry. Additionally, she has a passion for Cosmetic and Esthetic dentistry and has received training through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics in Botox, filler injections, and is pleased to offer her patients injections to relieve TMJ pain caused by clenching and grinding.
In her free time, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband, John, and son, Luke. She loves traveling to spend time with her family back in Portland, Oregon and exploring new places as a family.
Dr. Brown donates her time and talents as a volunteer girls’ basketball coach for the Warriors.
