DR. ALLISON PALECEK
Dr. Allison is originally from Portland, Oregon. She received degrees from the University of Oregon in Business Marketing and from Portland State University in General Science with minors in Biology and Chemistry. While attending Portland State University, she was on the dance and cheer team. Fun Fact: Dr. Allison was a competitive snowboarder and competed in Vans Triple Crowns, Swatch Boardercross, and U.S. Snowboarding Nationals.
Dr. Allison attended Oregon Health & Science University where she received her Doctor of Medical Dentistry Degree in 2009. Upon graduating dental school, she practiced at Kaiser Permanente where she served as the Internal Endodontic Representative and was a member of the Clinical Effectiveness Committee. In January 2020, Dr Allison joined the Waukee Dental Staff. She is committed to continuing education and has completed numerous hours of training in endodontics, periodontics, and restorative dentistry. Additionally, she has a passion for Cosmetic and Esthetic dentistry and has received training through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics in Botox, filler injections, and is pleased to offer her patients injections to relieve TMJ pain caused by clenching and grinding.
In her free time, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband, John, and son, Luke. She loves traveling to spend time with her family back in Portland, Oregon and exploring new places as a family.

Dr. Brown is very knowledgeable and I love how she emphasizes education to her patients! This place is also very kid-friendly which was a nice bonus! I would recommend anyone looking for a dentist in the Waukee/Des Moines Metro to check this place out!

I’ve been going to Waukee Dental the past couple of years now and have had nothing but great experiences. Dr. Kaisha is the best dentist and has completely flipped how I view dental appointments. She is always very kind to everyone, consistently checks in on how you’re doing, and makes sure you’re never scared, uncomfortable, or in any pain during visits. The waiting room is always clean with refreshments, and the appt rooms have fun entertainment available while waiting (such as Netflix or music). The dental assistants and receptionists are always friendly and good at their job as well, showing a clear care in the business/hiring process. I’d recommend going here if you want to change and improve your dental experience.
Fantastic dentist. My daughter loves it here. They’re so good with kids and making them feel comfortable. The new building is phenomenal and beautiful. Definitely an inviting place to be. The waiting room is spacious and well designed. There is a coffee bar and an electric fireplace. Can’t say enough good things!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Dr. Kim. She has performed two procedures on my teeth, including a crown replacement, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. Dr. Kim is incredibly attentive. During the procedures, consistently asked if I was okay and responded promptly to any concerns.
What truly sets her apart from other dentists I had seen is her gentleness. In the past, I dreaded dental work because my jaw and mouth would ache and be uncomfortable well into the next day. With Dr. Kim, I experienced none of that. Once the numbness wore off, there was no discomfort at all. Her skill and care made both procedures stress-free.

Today was my first visit to Waukee Dental. I was treated very well. Beautiful aesthetically inside. Cozy atmosphere. Dr. Bohn addressed my concerns and fixed my issue efficiently.
