Founder
Dr. Kaisha Heemskerk founded Waukee Dental with a mission to make exceptional dental care feel like home. As a woman-owned practice, Waukee Dental reflects her belief that every patient—and every employee—deserves to feel supported and valued. Dr. Kaisha currently serves as President of the Des Moines Dental Society (2025–2026).

Dr. Jean Kim is a compassionate general dentist who enjoys caring for patients of all ages and has a special interest in pediatric dentistry. Her patient-centered approach focuses on making each visit comfortable and helping every patient achieve a healthy, confident smile.

Dr. Kellen Bohn is a compassionate general dentist who enjoys caring for patients of all ages. He takes a personalized approach to helping patients achieve healthier smiles and has a special interest in airway-focused dentistry.
