DR. KELLEN BOHN
Dr. Bohn was born and raised in Bettendorf, IA. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Iowa State University and then furthered his education at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. He continues growth as a clinician through his membership in the American Dental Association and Iowa Dental Association. Dr. Bohn enjoys working with patients of all ages and is looking forward to being a part of the Des Moines community and meeting you and your family!

Dr. Brown is very knowledgeable and I love how she emphasizes education to her patients! This place is also very kid-friendly which was a nice bonus! I would recommend anyone looking for a dentist in the Waukee/Des Moines Metro to check this place out!

As always, Waukee Dental has provided me with thorough, insightful, and professional dental cleaning services. Stephanie and Dr. Kellan were a pleasure to chat with, and I felt like I was in good hands the whole way through. They boast amazing and quick panoramic x-rays (seriously, it took literally 20 seconds total), comfy chairs, and knowledgeable and actionable information about my teeth. I can’t recommend them enough if you are looking for a best-in-class dentist in the metro area.

Fantastic dentist. My daughter loves it here. They’re so good with kids and making them feel comfortable. The new building is phenomenal and beautiful. Definitely an inviting place to be. The waiting room is spacious and well designed. There is a coffee bar and an electric fireplace. Can’t say enough good things!

I’ve been going to Waukee Dental the past couple of years now and have had nothing but great experiences. Dr. Kaisha is the best dentist and has completely flipped how I view dental appointments. She is always very kind to everyone, consistently checks in on how you’re doing, and makes sure you’re never scared, uncomfortable, or in any pain during visits. The waiting room is always clean with refreshments, and the appt rooms have fun entertainment available while waiting (such as Netflix or music). The dental assistants and receptionists are always friendly and good at their job as well, showing a clear care in the business/hiring process. I’d recommend going here if you want to change and improve your dental experience.

The Waukee Dental Office uses an emergency messaging system after hours so Dr. Brown is always reachable. When you call, please give us as much information as possible so we can be ready to help you out when you arrive.
The information we need includes;
- Which teeth or tooth is bothering you
- Whether there was trauma or recent damage to the area
- How long it has been going on
Even if you are nervous about calling us because you do not think it is too serious, we would rather talk to you and come up with a plan. Tooth pain can go from mild to serious in a hurry.
